I am currently a director at Fairfield Estate Agents and manage our South Oxhey branch.
I started back in 2010 as a trainee negotiator with no previous experience in the property industry. Having come from a background in retail I had a good foundation of customer service that matched the Fairfield Ethos. In my twelve years with the company, I haven’t looked back once and during that time I have also been able to complete the NAEA Estate Agency qualification!
Growing up and living in South Oxhey has given me a real connection to the local and surrounding area, allowing me to advise and offer honest support to all my clients, whether that be a vendor, landlord, buyer, or tenant.
My passion for the job is quite simple – I’m a people pleaser with a keen interest to solve problems. I am a huge believer of treating people how I would wish to be treated myself.
Outside of work (and lockdowns), I love to travel although I wouldn’t recommend coming with me, as natural disasters seem to follow – Erupting volcanoes, floods and snowstorms to mention a few!

I have been a director at Fairfield since 2014 and oversee a large part of our lettings department.
Having left school, I went straight into Estate Agency to work as a junior negotiator for a local company. From there I moved to a very successful London-based company where I joined as a negotiator before becoming the branch manager within a few years. During this period, I took on the challenge to become a member of the National Association of Estate Agents.
I then worked as a branch manager for a few larger corporate agents before grasping an opportunity to open my own Lettings Agency.
Myself and my wife set up Rose & Co in Watford (Bushey Arches) back in the early 90s and created a very successful Letting’s business which stood the time for some 20 years. Fairfield Estate Agents bought us out to strengthen their Lettings Division in 2014, and the rest, as they say, is history.
Outside of work I am a keen football fan and love to keep fit! I also enjoy a regular game of snooker.
