How to make an offer

This page will guide you through the process …

Put yourself in the best position

The key to securing a landlord’s confidence when you make an offer is to provide as much detail about your situation as possible.

When you make an offer, we will register your interest with the landlord and send you a link to complete our Offer to Rent form.

When you complete the form you will be asked to provide details of your offer and if it is subject to any conditions.  We will also require confirmation of your current position, when you are looking to move, and how long you would be looking to stay at the property. You will also be asked for the details of any bad credit you may have and questions regarding your Right to Rent status.

Register your offer

We have created this online tool so that you can register your interest at a time that suits you, whether our offices are open or closed.

Don’t worry, this part isn’t legally binding in any way, it simply shows us your interest in the property and a property consultant will contact you to discuss your offer before sending you a link to complete our Offer To Rent form in detail.
