Working as a team will include: 

Ensuring that all telephone calls and emails are dealt with professionally, accurately and detailed messages are taken and distributed;

Registering Applicants for Sales and Lettings enquires, including booking appointments;

Maintaining high standards of personal and professional conduct in dealing with customers;

Accompanying viewings and building rapport with clients to understand their requirements;

Managing a large database of clients through regular telephone contact and offering the services of referral partners we have. This will include a skill set to grade each tenant and to establish a pro-active list of potential clients and potential instructions;

Valuation management and client relationships both prior, during, and post-instruction;

Ongoing valuation training management;

Maintaining our priority level of customer service – we want to strive to set standards that clients will recommend and to do this we must have an overall ‘Ethos’ to always remember to keep clients (Buyers, Tenants, Vendors, and Landlords) informed at all times. Whether this is booking appointments, changing appointments or you have left a message but waiting for a callback, we must keep clients updated!

We would be very interested to hear if you believe you have the following:

Passionate ability to deliver outstanding ‘Customer Service’;

Friendly telephone manner with a willingness to please;

Good organisation and self-motivation to be able to manage and prioritize a busy workload;

A natural sense of understanding the importance of ownership to a particular issue;

Excellent computer skills to include MS Office Outlook, along with some knowledge of Excel and a keen interest to learn our property software package;

General knowledge of Watford would be beneficial but not essential, but with an interest to enhance your understanding of sub-areas of Watford.
